Have so enjoyed painting my beach series. I took some inspiring pics this summer on South Padre Island, and I have a bunch from my trip to the Mayan Riviera. I try to capture the evocative spirit of these exotic regions so we can remember the magic right here at home.

Finally posting images from our fabulous reception last Saturday (Feb. 7). Thank you Alina B for hosting the lovely art party!! Nancy Boynton Hartley and I exhibited our contemporary oil paintings, and we had contemporary jewelry designs by Irenka Kudlicki and Julia O'Reilly. Lots of sales, champagne and sweet treats. I have 11 paintings in the exhibit, which will be up through May 2 at Alina B in Blackhawk Plaza in Danville, CA (East Bay).
